Training guide

How to use this guide

This guide is for the owner of a delivery company and the team. No technical background is needed. It follows the order in which you will really work: sign your company up, choose your subscription, add your team, take orders, then keep the accounts.

How to read it

  • Start with units 1 to 4 if you own the company: they are the base of everything.
  • Every unit stands alone. It begins with “After this unit you will…” and ends with “Check yourself”.
  • Unit 12 is written for the driver, and unit 13 shows what your client sees. Share the unit’s link with them.
  • Unit 15 is a hands-on exercise: a whole working day in an hour, on your trial account.
  • At the end: a glossary and a first-day checklist.

How names are written

  • Words in “curly quotes” or in bold are the names of buttons and pages exactly as they appear on your screen.
  • → means “then”: “Settings → Change password” means open Settings, then press Change password.
  • The pictures are from a demo account: the names, numbers and prices in them are made up for illustration. Press any picture to open it full size.
  • Numbers in the examples are made up for illustration. Your real prices are on the website’s “Pricing” page and in “Subscription and payments”.

The coloured boxes

The guide has coloured boxes, each with its own meaning:
