First-day checklist
Tick each item when done:
The account and security
- I signed the company up and confirmed the email.
- I changed the password, turned on two-step sign-in for the owner and kept the recovery codes.
- I set the time zone.
The subscription
- I understood the difference between the package and the wallet, and worked out my drivers and orders.
- I chose my plan before the trial ends, and read the tier’s terms if I chose the wallet.
- I paid or topped up, and I know where to see “Payment history”.
The team
- I added the employees with suitable roles, and nobody sees more than they need.
- I added every driver, gave each their number and temporary password, and we installed the app.
- The drivers tried checking in.
Clients and prices
- I set the default price, and gave own prices to those who need them.
- I added the clients (or gave them invitation codes) and accepted the new ones, and every client has a branch with a point on the map.
Operation
- We tried a whole order from creation to “Delivered”.
- I set the alert limits, and turned on the sound on the orders board.
- We agreed on a daily time to take the drivers’ cash and record it.
Accounts
- I know how to see each client’s statement, and we send it weekly.
- I set how drivers’ pay is worked out.
- I know how to download Excel and where that shows in the “Change log”.
