Terms and conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms are

Circle Fleet (the "service") is cloud software for running delivery companies: the company console on the web, the driver app, and the app for clients (restaurants, shops and people). "We" means the operator of Circle Fleet; "you" or the "company" means the delivery company that signs up, and anyone who uses the service on its behalf.

By using or signing up to the service you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Circle Fleet is a tool for running your business. We do not provide deliveries, and we are not a party to your agreements with your clients, drivers or receivers.

2. Your account

The company's owner signs up with an email and a password they choose, and confirms the email with a link we send. You must give correct details, keep passwords secret, and tell us at once if you suspect access you did not allow.

The owner is responsible for the accounts they make for their team, drivers and clients, and for the permissions each one gets. Two-step sign-in is available to every account and we recommend turning it on.

3. The free trial

Every new company starts with a free trial of 14 days from the creation of its account, with every feature and no card.

When the trial ends, your data is kept and you can still sign in and pay, but new orders stop until you choose a package and pay its first invoice, or choose the wallet.

4. Packages, prices and invoices

Prices are those on the pricing page when you choose, in Egyptian pounds, and exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice at the rate in force.

  • A monthly package: its invoice is issued in advance on the first of each month. The first month runs from the day you choose to the end of that month.
  • A yearly package: paid in advance once for each year from the day you choose it, and renewed by itself unless you choose otherwise.
  • Drivers over the package's limit: each extra driver is charged at its monthly price, by the most different drivers checked in on any one day of the month before, on monthly and yearly packages alike.
  • The wallet: topped up in advance; each order is charged when created, at the tier we set for your company, and refunded if the order is cancelled. The balance may go down to a negative limit we set; past it, new orders stop until you top up.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue, and are paid online in the company's console through the Fawaterak payment gateway, or in any other way we accept in writing.
  • We may change prices. A new price applies to invoices issued after the change and never changes an invoice already issued. We tell you before it applies to your package.

5. Changing your package, or stopping

You change how you pay on the "Circle subscription" page. Your first choice starts the day you make it. Any later change starts on the first of the next month, or, on a yearly package, when its year ends.

You may stop using the service at any time by telling us. No invoice is issued for a period that starts after you tell us, and amounts paid for a period that has started are not refunded, except as the refund policy says.

6. Late payment and suspension

If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the company's account after telling it. We show the owner and the manager when and why in the company's console. While suspended, the data is kept, and the account comes back once what is due is paid.

We may also suspend the account for a serious breach of these terms, or when a competent authority requires it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for a lawful delivery business, and not to:

  • deliver goods or materials the law forbids;
  • enter people's data without a lawful basis, or use receivers' data for anything but the delivery;
  • try to reach another company's data, disrupt the service, or test its security without our written permission;
  • resell the service or open it to anyone outside your company without an agreement with us.

8. Your drivers, clients and receivers

You decide who uses the service from your team, drivers and clients, and you answer to them. The service locates a driver only during their shift, and those with the permission in your company see where they are. You must tell your drivers so, and get any consent the law requires.

You must also tell your clients and receivers that the data a delivery needs (name, phone and address) is kept in the service.

9. Your data

Your company's data belongs to your company. We use it only to run and protect the service for you, as the privacy policy says; we do not sell it, and no other company sees it.

Our support enters your company's account only with your permission and for as long as you set, or while the account is suspended, to look only, and you see every visit.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we do not promise it will run without interruptions or errors. We may pause it for maintenance, and tell you in advance when we can.

We may develop the service and change its features. If we remove a main feature you rely on, we tell you a reasonable time before.

11. Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost business, nor for the deliveries themselves or the amounts drivers collect or hand over.

In every case our liability to you is no more than what you paid us for the service in the three months before the event that caused the damage.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We publish the new version here with its date, and tell you by email or in the company's console a reasonable time before it applies. Using the service after it applies means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably through contact with us; failing that, the courts of Cairo decide.
